iPhone SE 3: Release date, features and other rumors

Everything indicates that this year we will see a new  cheap iPhone in Apple stores. This is the  iPhone SE 3 , the third generation of a family of products that manage to democratize the price of these mobile devices so that we can all have an iPhone in our pocket, with the consequent logical specification cut. In this article we are going to tell you what rumors we have on the table right now, three months after its supposed launch date.

Leaked features of the iPhone SE 3

What can we expect from this new device? The rumor mill bets on an  A15 Bionic processor , with support for  5G connectivity , which means that it is already updated to current market demands. The RAM memory would remain at  3 GB .

For its part, its design would be very similar to the iPhone XR , with dimensions of  138.4 x 67.3 x 7.3 mm and a screen diagonal of  5.7 inches . A single camera would appear behind the back, with a  12 MP sensor .

There has also been talk of the inclusion of  Face ID , which would mean that a notch at the top of the screen will also take center stage in its design to be able to house the necessary sensors for the proper functioning of this technology.

Availability and price

At the moment, Apple has not commented on the official presentation date of this device, which would already be in a fairly advanced production phase. The source of these rumors points to a presentation between the month of  March or April .

The iPhone SE family is usually highly anticipated and very well received, precisely because it allows access to an Apple smartphone for a cheaper price. It has not yet been confirmed how much we will have to pay to buy it, but we can take the price of previous generations as a reference. The iPhone SE 2 starts at a price of  489 euros .
