Xiaomi has introduced two new 90-inch TVs. Redmi Max 90 is a more affordable model, but at the same time aimed at gamers. Xiaomi TV ES Pro 90 is positioned as a higher-end model that will also be suitable for console gamers.

The Redmi Max 90 debuted with a 90-inch Direct LED backlit LCD panel, 4096 brightness levels and a maximum brightness of up to 700 cd/ m2 . It supports 4K Ultra HD resolution and 144Hz refresh rate, and supports Variable Refresh Rate (VRR) and Automatic Latency Reduction (ALLM) technology. The model received a quad-core processor, 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of flash memory. There is an HDMI 2.1 port, several USB 3.0 ports, and Wi-Fi 6 wireless interface is also possible.
The high refresh rate is complemented by AMD FreeSync Premium frame sync, and together with high resolution, VRR and ALLM functions, this makes it a great option for use with the latest generation of PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X game consoles.
In turn, Xiaomi Game TV ES Pro 90 is a more technically advanced solution. The novelty is equipped with a Direct LED backlit LCD with 100 independent backlight zones, which provides higher image quality than conventional LCD displays. At the same time, the resolution is also 4K, the refresh rate is 144 Hz, which also makes the new product a good option for use with game consoles.
Xiaomi Game TV ES Pro 90 is capable of displaying 94% of the DCI-P3 color space, the maximum brightness is already 1000 cd / m 2 , there are two HDMI 2.1 ports and a 15W sound system. The model also received a quad-core Cortex-A73 processor, 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of ROM.

Orders for Redmi Max 90 and Xiaomi Game TV ES Pro 90 have already begun to be accepted in China, sales will begin on May 10. The price is the equivalent of $1300 and $1445 respectively. Global availability will be announced at a later date.
Xiaomi also notes that thanks to the special form of packaging, Redmi Max 90 and Game TV ES Pro 90 are placed in an elevator – for previous large-sized TVs, Xiaomi offered the service of bringing into the apartment through the window using a crane.
