Xiaomi S55 / S65: TVs with proprietary HyperOS operating system

Xiaomi TV S55 and S65

Xiaomi has introduced two new TVs with Mini LED backlighting – the Xiaomi TV S55 and Xiaomi TV S65. The Xiaomi TV S55 features a metal body, a 55-inch screen with 308 local dimming zones, and a 4K resolution display with a maximum brightness of 1200 nits and a refresh rate of 144 Hz. It also boasts 94 percent coverage of the DCI-P3 color space.

The TV is powered by an unnamed quad-core processor with ARM Cortex-A73 cores, 4 GB of RAM, and 64 GB of internal memory. Running on the HyperOS operating system, the TV comes with a remote control equipped with an NFC module for quick pairing.

Xiaomi TV S55 and S65

The Xiaomi TV S65, on the other hand, has a larger 65-inch screen and 392 dimming zones, with similar technical specifications to the TV S55.
