TCL has announced a new smart TV in China.
What we know so far
The new product was called TCL T7G Max. The TV has an 85-inch display with 4K resolution and a picture refresh rate of 144 Hz. The panel offers 1,100 nits peak brightness, a wide 96% DCI-P3 color gamut, and a 178-degree viewing angle. In addition, the new product boasts 65,000 brightness levels.
The TCL T7G Max is powered by a quad-core Lingyao M2 processor paired with 4GB of RAM and 64GB storage. The new product comes with a 2.1-channel audio system with a 20 W subwoofer and a total output power of 50 W. The speakers support Dolby Atmos technology. The ports on the device include HDMI 2.1 and USB.
Price and when to expect
TCL T7G Max is already available in China for $905. It is still unknown whether the new product will appear on the global market.
