Hisense products will support DTS Play-Fi

DTS has announced a partnership with Hisense. It has already been announced that within the framework of cooperation, the Chinese will be engaged in the production of various AV equipment with Play-Fi wireless audio transmission technology.

“DTS Play-Fi technology is compatible with the world’s most popular streaming services, thousands of Internet radio stations and local music storage. Hisense device users, now featuring Play-Fi surround sound technology, will be able to enjoy the best of both worlds. We will offer products that combine wireless DC and multi-room audio functions, ”said Youbo Li of Hisense International.

The partners relied on the broad capabilities of the Play-Fi system and high quality: the technology is able to provide a completely wireless home network (based on Wi-Fi) for the transmission of 24-bit / 192 kHz audio. On the basis of Play-Fi, you can build a multi-room or surround sound system, as well as a “mini-system” based on wireless headphones and one streamer player.
