JBL Cinema SB 190: Virtual Dolby Atmos, Bluetooth 5.1 and Wireless Subwoofer

The JBL Cinema SB 190 soundbar tops the Cinema lineup. The low profile soundbar is easy to place in front of the TV and can be controlled from the TV remote (although the SB 190 has its own).

For this, an HDMI eARC connection with improved audio return channel capabilities is provided. Alternatively, the soundbar can also be connected optically. Another connection option is the current Bluetooth 5.1. It will allow you to broadcast audio from compatible gadgets to the system.

The bass in the Cinema SB 190 is handled by a wireless 6.5-inch subwoofer whose geometry makes it easy to find a convenient location. 200W of power is enough to reproduce JBL’s signature bass. In the soundbar itself, an amplifier system with a total power of 180 watts serves two asymmetric mid-range with 48×90 mm cones, complemented by two 32 mm tweeters.

The JBL Cinema SB 190 is equipped with Virtual Dolby Atmos surround sound technology, which delivers a “height dimension” effect without the need for additional speakers. In addition, the soundbar provides a playback mode with dialogue highlighting.
