Bowers & Wilkins 705 and 702 Signature speakers will be released in Midnight Blue Metallic design

Bowers & Wilkins will release the 705 Signature and 702 Signature speakers in a redesigned version. The speakers will be available in Midnight Blue Metallic, with the previous color additions, the 700 Signature Series in Datuk Gloss, also remaining available.

According to Bowers & Wilkins, the Midnight Metallic Blue variants for the 702 and 705 Signature are inspired by the Midnight Metallic Blue finish that powers the iconic Nautilus model.

The 702 and 705 Signature Midnight Metallic Blue coating technology offers seven layers of metallic paint and varnish for a truly shiny finish. In addition, each Signature speaker features sparkling metal decorative rings around the speaker cones, complemented by silver tweeter grilles.

The picture was completed with Signature nameplates on the back of both speakers, testifying to the B & W heritage of the systems. Both models in Midnight Blue Metallic will be available in early 2022.

The European prices for the Signature models in the Midnight Blue Metallic design will be: for the 702 model – 6,000 euros, and for the 705 – 3,400 euros per pair.
