XGIMI launches Horizon Ultra 4K Dolby Vision Projector

XGIMI Horizon Ultra 4K Dolby Vision Projector

XGIMI launches a 4K long throw Horizon Ultra projector with support for Dolby Vision high dynamic range format .

The projector is equipped with a proprietary Dual Light light source , which combines a laser and LEDs, allowing you to get high brightness and good color gamut. The declared brightness is 2300 lumens , the manufacturer claims coverage of 95.5% of the DCI-P3 color space and 99.9% of the Rec.709 space . In addition to Dolby Vision , the model also supports HDR10+ and HLG formats .

Proprietary automatic adjustment system Intelligent Screen Adaption (ISA) 3.0 greatly simplifies the installation of the projector. XGIMI Horizon Ultra can form a picture size from 40 to 200 inches diagonally, but the manufacturer recommends setting the image size between 60 and 120 inches. The projector has a dedicated gaming mode that keeps the output lag below 18ms for 4K/60Hz content.

The operating system includes Android TV , and acoustics from Harman Kardon include two full-range speakers with a power of 12 watts each. The signal processor can play Dolby Audio, Dolby Digital, Dolby Digital Plus, DTS HD and DTS-Virtual:X soundtracks.

The XGIMI Horizon Ultra projector is already on sale in the UK market for £1,749
