Wanbo has introduced two new portable projectors of the latest generation, which have improved the quality of images and sound, while maintaining a truly affordable price. Wanbo Vali 1 is designed for those looking for a flexible projector in a compact format with an integrated Smart TV system. In turn, Wanbo T 2 Ultra aims to improve the quality of entry-level projectors, offering a bold design and excellent technical specifications.

The Wanbo Vali 1 projector is designed for maximum flexibility, with a compact design and an adjustable gimbal mount, which has become very popular with portable projectors in recent years. Wanbo has placed the power connector directly in the mount, rather than in the projector body, which the manufacturer claims eliminates cable clutter and provides an unobstructed viewing experience. There are also various mounting options available, including ceiling, wall, and tripod mounting.
The flexible mount gives the projector the ability to rotate 200 degrees, allowing the image to be aimed at walls, ceilings and screens in a variety of positions. Combined with the projector’s ±30° automatic keystone correction system, the projector aligns the image in seconds, making setup easy.
The Wanbo Vali 1 has a brightness of 900 ANSI lumens – almost twice as much as most portable projectors in this price range. This allows, according to the manufacturer, to produce bright and saturated images even in rooms without special darkening means. The projector has a native resolution of 1080p and built-in stereo speakers with a power of 6 watts, which allows you to do without an external audio system.

In addition, Wanbo Vali 1 is equipped with ASA 3.0 (autofocus + keystone correction + automatic screen adjustment + obstacle avoidance) – an intelligent projection assistant. It detects the screen boundaries, focuses with high clarity, aligns the image and automatically detects obstacles. All this ensures easy adjustment on different surfaces and at different angles.
Finally, the Wanbo Vali 1 projector runs on Android 11, is officially Netflix certified, and has Google Assistant built in. According to the manufacturer, the device is very quiet thanks to the largest cooling fan Wanbo has ever used. There is also a Game Mode that reduces latency and increases the refresh rate (the exact value is not specified).
The new Wanbo Vali 1 smart projector is now available in Europe with a recommended retail price of €279 .

The Wanbo T 2 Ultra is a simpler option, but retains many of the characteristics of its “big brother”. The main difference from the Vali 1, besides the design, is the brightness of 500 ANSI lumens, which makes it less suitable for use in bright rooms. However, it is also equipped with ASA 3.0 automatic adjustment technology, which ensures perfect focus and image alignment instantly, even when projecting at unusual angles.
In terms of design, the manufacturer has left the gimbal mount, but in this model its adjustment range is 120 degrees. Despite the lesser “mobility”, this should be enough for projection on any surface (including the ceiling), freeing users from the limitations of the rigid configurations of conventional projectors.
The Wanbo T2 Ultra projector also runs on Android 11, has a native 1080p resolution, built-in 10W speakers with dual bass module, and Bluetooth 5.0 support.
The Wanbo T 2 Ultra projector is also already on sale. The recommended retail price of the new product in Europe is 229 euros .
