The announced new Viltrox AF 27mm F/1.2 XF lens for Fujifilm (APS-C) cameras will be announced in mid-August 2023. This was officially announced by the manufacturer. It should become available for purchase immediately after the announcement.
The new high-tech lens from Viltrox will be supported by an autofocus system using an STM drive. Apparently, it will be the same as in the previously released Viltrox AF 75mm F / 1.2 XF Pro lens (also for Fujifilm cameras).
The new lens Viltrox 27mm F / 1.2 Pro XF, according to a foreign source, will also receive protection from dust and moisture. This lens was previously featured on the Viltrox optics roadmap. However, it does not yet have other lenses in the “Pro” line – for Fujifilm cameras.

Viltrox AF 16mm F/1.8 FE lens – already announced . The optical design of the novelty consists of 12 groups of 15 optical elements, including three aspherical lenses and four lenses with low dispersion (ED).
The difference between this line and the expected novelty of the Pro series is the presence of a display on the lens barrel, and a smaller aperture. For fast and accurate focusing and tracking of moving objects, the lens is equipped with a quiet STM stepping motor.
Sony also intends to announce six new lenses in 2023. The following models are confirmed:

- Sony E 15-45mm F/3.5-5.6PZ (APS-C)
- Sony FE 18mm F/1.4GM
- Sony FE 16-35mm GM II
- Sony FE 85mm F/1.2GM
