Tamron has unveiled a Nikon Z-mount version of its 150-500mm F/5-6.7 Di III V

Tamron 150-500mm f/5-6.7 Di III VC VXD now available for Nikon Z mount

Tamron has introduced a version of its 150-500mm f/5-6.7 Di III VC VXD telephoto lens for the Nikon Z mirrorless mount. We previously wrote in the news about the release of this lens for Sony E and Fuji X , on an APS-C camera focal range distances are 225–750 mm, while it has compact dimensions and relatively light weight. Deliveries are expected in November 2023 for $1,199.

Tamron 150–500mm f/5-6.7 Di III VC VXD

The lens has exactly the same design as for the other two mounts, so all that remains is to recall its main characteristics:

  • Minimum focusing distance 60 cm at wide-angle and 1.8 m at telephoto
  • The maximum magnification at a focal length of 150 mm is 1:3.1
  • Length 212.3 mm (at 150 mm position), weight 1720 g
