Sony is preparing to announce new high-tech mirrorless cameras. One of them is the second version of one of the most popular models Sony ZV-E10 II. The source reports that the new camera will have a higher cost than the first generation model, but at the moment the price of the future new product is not disclosed.
Currently, Sony has registered three cameras – and all three models have not yet been officially announced. One of the cameras will be designed for installation on drones (for example, on the branded Sony AirPeak S1 ). This will be a specialized device.
The second camera is most likely the Sony A9 III. Currently there is information that the announcement may take place as early as November 8, 2023. The camera will receive new advanced functions: 8K video shooting and the ability to take ultra-high-speed burst photos. The sensor itself will be “completely new and multi-layered” – it will be the “fastest” camera among all Sony devices (meaning the possibility of burst shooting).
The third registered camera, according to the source, is the Sony ZV-E10 II. At the same time, it was previously reported that the announcement is scheduled for the 3rd quarter of 2023.

It is reported that the model will receive significant upgrades in video recording characteristics, including the ability to shoot in 4K 60 fps, and will also receive an image stabilization system based on matrix shift (IBIS). In addition, the device will receive an updated interface. Camera images revealing the exterior design features have not yet been revealed.
The first generation model Sony ZV-E10 was announced in July 2021. The camera received an APS-C format matrix with a resolution of 24 megapixels. The manufacturer positions the device as an advanced camera for video blogging. Sony ZV-E10 has the ability to record video in XAVC-S 4K 25 fps 100 Mbps, as well as 1080 FHD 100 fps (for slow motion). Shooting in S-Log and HLG is available. Shooting will be carried out with a color depth of 8 bits. Support for shooting in S-Gamut3.Cine/S-Log3, S-Gamut3/S-Log3 has also been implemented.
