Sonyalpharumors resource , citing two of its sources, said that two new cameras will be announced soon: Sony a 7 C II and Sony a 7 C R. Rumors about the first one have been floating around in the media for a long time, and the second one should become (if released, of course) the first high-definition camera in the a7c line.
The Sony a7C II will feature the 33MP sensor from the a7 IV, while the Sony a7C R will feature the 61MP sensor from the a7R V. Both cameras should feature new AI features and the usual expected improvements like a new menu, improved autofocus, etc. Further. There is no word yet on the EVF resolution, but hopefully it will be the same as the a7R V.
Announcements should take place within the next 2 months.
