According to rumors Nikon Z 6 Mark III will appear in the first quarter of 2024. The first info about characteristics of the future camera.
Nikon Z6 III Specifications:
- New 24.5 MP BSI sensor
- Improved ergonomics compared to Nikon Z6 II
- 6K ProRes RAW video recording
- IBIS from Nikon Z f
- Vari-angle LCD screen
- Faster shooting speed than Z 6II
- Autofocus system from Nikon Z 8 or something similar
- Mechanical and electronic shutter
- Body design – something between Z 6 and Z 8 (larger than the current Z 6/7, but less than the Z 8).
If these rumors have any basis, we will most likely see the third generation Z 6 at the Tokyo CP+ show in early February 2024.
