Xiaomi boasts that the Mi 13 Ultra can run for an hour on 1% charge

Xiaomi has already announced that its flagship smartphone Mi 13 Ultra will be presented on April 18 during the Walk with Light event. Now a Chinese industrial giant published a message on the Weibo social network, in which he revealed some interesting features of the upcoming phone. It’s about the battery.

All thanks to the two proprietary chips that the smartphone is equipped with. This charge is enough for 12 minutes of calls

It is known that Xiaomi 13 Ultra will be equipped with two chips of its own design: Surge P2 and G1. Thanks to this, the battery life of the smartphone has increased significantly. The company claims that in the power saving mode, the device will be able to work much longer than usual. For example, when the charge level is only 1%, the smartphone will work for another 60 minutes, and on calls it will last as long as 12 minutes. Thus, the user does not need to worry about the machine suddenly turning off even in such a critical condition.

The battery capacity of Xiaomi 13 Ultra is not named, but it is rumored to be 4900 mAh. The smartphone will support 90W fast charging. The device is also credited with a 6.7-inch QHD + display with a refresh rate of 120 Hz, Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset, up to 12 GB of RAM and up to 1 TB of storage. The smartphone “out of the box” will receive MIUI 14 based on Android 13.
