Xiaomi Announces Global Release Dates for HyperOS 2

The upcoming second wave of updates will include a significantly larger number of models compared to the initial release

HyperOS 2 has been launched, but the updated firmware has only been officially announced for China to date. The company has now provided information regarding its global rollout, including the compatible models and the anticipated release date for the update.

Xiaomi has specified the devices that will receive the update in the first two waves, along with the expected timelines for the distribution of the update.

Scheduled for release in November 2024

The scheduled date marks the commencement of the rollout for HyperOS 2, targeting devices in the initial phase of the update, which encompasses smartphones, a tablet, and a wearable device.
