Victrola Premiere V1: Turntable with a external wireless 6.5-inch subwoofer

Victrola Premiere V1

In 2021, global vinyl record sales surpassed that of compact discs for the first time since 1986. Music lovers take out their old turntables from the mezzanine or go to the store for a new modern device … It is not surprising that new models of vinyl “turntables” can be seen more and more often on sale – manufacturers follow market trends and try to quickly respond to changes in demand.

One of these new products is the Premiere V1 turntable produced by the American company Victrola. Its advantage lies in the versatility of the solution: it is an all-in-one device that does not require additions in the form of a pair of massive floor-standing speakers.

The audio system is built-in, and there is also an external wireless 6.5-inch subwoofer. Belt-driven turntable rotation speed – 33.3 or 45 rpm; the set includes an aluminum tonearm with anti-skate function, an adjustable counterweight and a Victrola proprietary MM phono stage. If necessary, you can download audio from your smartphone or connect (via Bluetooth) external speakers to the player.

In addition, Premiere V1 can be used as a soundbar for a TV – there is an optical audio input for this (in addition to the RCA output jack). A multifunctional backlit regulator is located on the front panel of the “turntable”; you can also control it using the remote control.
