MoFi Distribution has introduced a new model of universal phono stage MoFi Electronics MasterPhono , capable of working with any cartridges.
The model has both traditional RCA and XLR inputs for connecting MM and MC heads, as well as current-coupled inputs designed for connecting MC cartridges with ultra-low internal resistance. The user can choose between four levels of gain – 40, 50, 60 or 70dB , and ten front-panel switchable impedance levels. In addition, you can connect your own resistance to a special input labeled Custom Loading.
The dial indicators on the front panel are illuminated in yellow and show the output signal level. The use of a passive equalization circuit and high quality components such as film capacitors and precision resistors ensures that the RIAA curve is reconstructed with an accuracy of ±0.05 dB . You can use the remote control to switch inputs and control other functions.
The versatile MoFi Electronics MasterPhono phono stage measures 432 x 89 x 400 mm and weighs 6.8 kg .
