JBL Classic is a combination of retro design and modern technologies

JBL Classic

The new line of JBL Classic stationary devices combine retro design with modern high-resolution technology for an unparalleled listening experience.

The Classic Series from JBL combines sleek design with modern technology to create speakers and components that are unmistakable. Modern electronic components continue this tradition and join the Classic series of passive and active speaker systems, including the iconic JBL L100 Classic .

Inspired by the JBL SA600 amplifier from the 1960s and the exclusive SA750 integrated amplifier, introduced to mark JBL’s 75th anniversary in 2021, their retro styling includes the same natural walnut veneer panels as the Classic speakers, as well as aluminum cabinet details and controls, while state-of-the-art audio electronics for digital and analog audio deliver an unparalleled listening experience. The addition of these new models allows music lovers to create a complete Classic Series audio system with a unique combination of retro design, modern features and acoustic performance.

Whether you’re streaming audio from a mobile device or enjoying CDs or vinyl records, the latest additions to the Classic series create immersive listening experiences that bring music to life.

The new components look as amazing as they sound. With their retro design, they pair perfectly with each other and with the Classic and JBL Studio Monitor speakers for a stylish, streamlined look in any environment. The JBL SA550 Classic integrated amplifier and the JBL MP350 Classic music player make listening to music convenient, allowing you to stream music services and personal libraries from smartphones and tablets.

Using an advanced high-power Class G amplifier topology and the latest AptX Adaptive Bluetooth technology for wireless high-quality audio and low latency, the SA550 Classic can be connected to smartphones straight out of the box for instant high-quality music playback. Connected to your home network via Wi-Fi or Ethernet, the Roon-enabled MP350 Classic music player allows listeners to enjoy music directly from Spotify Connect and Tidal Connect, as well as numerous other music services via the Google Chromecast or Apple Airplay ecosystems. Both components reproduce digital audio using a reference DAC for high-quality sound.

For listening to CDs and vinyl records, the JBL CD350 Classic and JBL TT350 Classic from HARMAN provide a modern yet retro style of CD players and turntables.

Supporting CD, CD-R and CD-RW playback as well as FLAC, WAV, MP3, AAC and WMA file formats, the CD350 Classic combines a robust tray loading mechanism and USB-A input with advanced digital technology for perfect sound.

The JBL TT350 Classic features a direct drive motor that delivers records in perfect rhythm with powerful dynamics at 33.3 rpm for LPs and 45 rpm for singles and maxi-singles. Rotational speeds are fixed by a speed sensor for perfect pitch. The curved aluminum tonearm features a high-quality moving magnet cartridge mounted on a removable headstock for easy replacement and upgrades. The shock-absorbing and adjustable feet reduce vibrations on the record and allow the TT350 Classic to be placed on uneven surfaces. The TT350 includes a tinted hinged protective cover to match the unit’s walnut body and complete its authentic retro look. This is the perfect combination for the high performance that comes with the SA550 and SA750 integrated amplifiers.
