Denon has announced the launch of the affordable S-series AV receivers and AV amplifier, which should be available in the European market in September 2023 .
All models support the HEOS platform and 8K video streaming . The Denon AVR-S770H delivers up to 75 watts per channel in 7.2/5.2.2 and supports Dolby Atmos and DTS:X surround sound formats . It is equipped with the Audyssey automatic calibration system .
The junior receiver Denon AVR-S670H also has a built-in 75-watt multi-channel amplifier , however, it supports only five channels of amplification, and decoding capabilities are limited to Dolby TrueHD and DTS HD Master Audio formats . Its twin brother, the Denon AVC-S670H AV amplifier , has almost the same features, except for the tuner, but costs a little less.
