AVID HiFi Accent: A new integrated amplifier from the UK

AVID HiFi Accent

The British brand AVID HiFi has introduced a new integrated transistor amplifier AVID HiFi Accent , which inherits the solutions developed for the Sigsum model . The AVID HiFi Accent is equipped with a Pellar phono stage that supports both moving magnet (MM) and moving coil (MC) cartridges and a headphone amplifier.

 

The AVID HiFi Accent Integrated Amplifier uses custom made polypropylene capacitors and a high quality ALPS motorized volume control. The power supply of the AVID HiFi Accent is based on a 600 VA toroidal mains transformer and a battery of filtering capacitors with a total capacity of 40,000 microfarads.

The AVID HiFi Accent integrated amplifier is available in dark and silver finishes. In Great Britain the recommended retail price of AVID HiFi Accent will make 4 500 pounds sterling . In Europe, the amplifier will be available for 5,200 euros . In other countries, the price will be 5,500 US dollars .
