Aiyima unveils the new A07 MAX amplifier

Aiyima A07 MAX

This small Aiyima A07 MAX Class D amplifier works in both stereo and mono mode, allowing you to chain multiple A07 amplifiers for extra power. This amplifier is powered by the TI TPA3255 IC, which is capable of delivering 2x225W @ 4Ω in stereo or 1x450W @ 4Ω in mono.

Its NE5532 op-amps are housed in a DIP8 package and are therefore easily replaceable (AOP OPA2604AP, OPA2134, MUSEO1/02/03, LME49720NA, LM4562, AD827AQ, etc.). High quality internal components such as WIMA and Rubycon capacitors and TI364 power management IC provide excellent performance.

Connectivity includes everything you need: RCA line input, speaker terminals and AUX output on a 3.5mm jack. The AUX output can be used to connect an additional amplifier in mono mode or an active subwoofer.

To activate monaural mode, simply flip the switch on the bottom of the device. The mono output will be routed to the top speaker terminals. There are several possible configurations for this feature: stereo mode, mono mode, and mono mode for multiple devices.

Inside the Aiyima A07 MAX there is a TI TPA3255 chip connected to DIP8-mounted NE5532 AOPs. This is what allows it to develop high output power, as well as SNR ≥ 110 dB and THD 0.007%.
