Ultrasone Meteor One: Gaming headset with 6 microphones and 15 hours battery life

Meteor One is the first wireless gaming headset from Ultrasone, a German company that has been in the headphone business for over 30 years. The headset is ready to provide up to 15 hours of battery life (in standby mode – 280 hours). Management is equally distributed between the cups: the left side is power and pairing, on/off, turning on the backlight and other functions. On the right are the volume control and track switching buttons.

As part of Meteor One, there are as many as 6 microphones: four built-in, two on each side, and two more removable, one on the boom, the other wired. The choice depends on the use case, and proprietary ENC technology is designed to ensure consistent voice quality regardless of battery level. For wireless communication, the headphones use Bluetooth 5.0 with support for AAC / SBC codecs. The USB-C port is for charging.

This headset features a dedicated low-latency tactical mode for fast-paced games that require instant response. At the same time, the unique individuality of the player is emphasized by dynamic RGB lighting. With a mass of 230 g, the headset is equipped with 40 mm speakers. A foldable headband design and soft memory foam ear cushions add convenience.

In Europe, the Ultrasone Meteor One gaming headset costs 200 euros.
