Truthear has released a new version of the budget dynamic headphones ZERO: RED , which is distinguished by the use of two emitters.
Each earbud features a 10mm liquid crystal polymer diaphragm driver with a rubidium magnet system for low-frequency response. High frequencies are reproduced by a 7.8 mm driver with a light copper-plated aluminum coil. The coordinated operation of the two emitters is provided by a passive crossover filter based on resistors, as well as due to acoustic filtering.
The headphone housings are 3D printed from synthetic resin, and the outer panel is red with a pattern resembling a bird’s plumage, and is attached through a special vibration-isolating gasket. The sensitivity of the model is 117.5 dB , the impedance is 17.5 ohms at a frequency of 1 kHz. The headphones are supplied with a detachable silver-plated cable with 0.78 mm plugs and a 3.5 mm minijack .
The Truthear ZERO:RED Dynamic In-Ear Headphones are available to order for $54.99 .
