Redmi Buds 5: Headphones with improved noise cancellation and extended battery life

REDMI BUDS 5 PRESENTED: HEADPHONES WITH IMPROVED NOISE CANCELLATION AND EXTENDED BATTERY LIFE

Together with the Redmi Note 13 Pro smartphones  , Redmi at a special event presented inexpensive Redmi Buds 5 headphones, which received a number of improvements compared to the previous generation model.

The headphones feature 12.4mm titanium-coated drivers that deliver booming bass and crisp highs. The developers also improved the operation of the noise reduction system, into which artificial intelligence algorithms are integrated. According to Redmi, it is capable of suppressing background noise up to 46 dB, which is 2.6 times higher than its predecessor. The efficiency of the system reaches 99.3%.

Redmi Buds 5 are inexpensive in-ear headphones for those who value high-quality sound.

The battery capacity together with the charging case should be enough for 40 hours of operation, and 15 minutes of recharging will provide users with two hours of listening to their favorite music. In comparison, Redmi Buds 4 had a maximum battery life of 30 hours.

If we talk about design, Redmi Buds 5 received a different leg from the fourth model. LED backlight can reflect different states of the gadget: from charging to pairing with a mobile device. The new headphones, which will be released in three colors (white, black and light purple), are priced at 199 yuan or 27 US dollars.
