The new Moondrop Dark Saber in-ear headphones are built on two types of emitters – dynamic and reinforcement.
The headphone housings are made of synthetic resin, and the outer panels are made of multi-layer carbon fiber. According to the manufacturer, the headphones have a linear phase-frequency response, while the frequency response is tuned as close as possible to the VDSF curve. The model is equipped with a detachable cable with cores made of pure and silver-plated copper, and the modular connector allows the installation of different mini-jacks. The sensitivity of the headphones is 128 dB , the nominal impedance is 22 Ohms , so they can easily be sung with any signal source.
