Razer Thunderbolt 4 docking station with Chroma RGB lighting

Razer has prepared a docking station for laptops equipped with a Thunderbolt 4 interface. The novelty is called the Razer Thunderbolt 4 Dock and is compatible with USB 4.

As befits a laptop docking station, the device contains a wide variety of connection ports. The front panel houses a UHS-II SD card slot, a 3.5mm audio jack for headphones, and one Thunderbolt 4 port for direct connection to a computer. Three Thunderbolt 4 ports are available on the rear for connecting displays and accessories (including support for an external Razer Core X graphics card enclosure), a Gigabit Ethernet port and three USB Type-A 3.1 Gen 2 ports. And there is also a barrel connector for a 135W power supply. Additionally, the Razer Thunderbolt 4 Dock is equipped with a Chroma RGB lighting system.

The novelty supports PD and can transfer up to 90 watts of energy to laptops. Declared support for connecting external monitors with high resolution: up to two 4K displays at 60 Hz or one 8K display at 30 Hz. The device can be used with laptops running Windows 10 with Thunderbolt 3 ports, as well as the latest MacBook Pro and Air models running macOS Big Sur, and all computers with Apple M1 chips that also have Thunderbolt 3 ports.

The Razer Thunderbolt 4 Dock is now available for pre-order for $ 329.99.
