MSi unveils gaming QD-OLED monitors with a refresh rate of 360 Hz

MSI introduced gaming QD-OLED monitors with a refresh rate of 360 Hz

The increasingly popular QD-OLED panel technology will be further developed next year, and MSI will be one of the first to offer gaming monitors based on Samsung Display’s new 32-inch and 27-inch QD-OLED panels.

MSI has officially announced four new QD-OLED monitors:

– 32-inch MSI MPG-321URX QD-OLED: UHD 4K, 240 Hz, 0.03 ms GTG

– 32-inch MSI MAG-321UPX QD-OLED: UHD 4K, 240 Hz, 0.03 ms GTG

– 27-inch MSI MPG-271QRX QD-OLED: WQHD 2K, 360 Hz, 0.03 ms GTG

– 27-inch MSI MAG-271QPX QD-OLED: WQHD 2K, 360 Hz, 0.03 ms GTG

The new items are expected to go on sale in 2024. These are the first 360Hz OLED monitors. In addition to the highest speed, QD-OLED technology provides truly deep blacks, a rich color palette and excellent HDR performance. These four models join MSI’s previously announced 34-inch MAG 341CQP curved and 49-inch MPG 491CQP QD-OLED monitors with 144Hz refresh rates.

The new MSI monitors feature 48Gbps HDMI 2.1 ports, support VRR and ALLM technologies, and can automatically switch to gaming mode. MSI claims that the new flat QD-OLED monitors feature a console mode for optimal performance with the PlayStation PS5 and Xbox Series X gaming consoles.

The new products are equipped with MSI OLED Care 2.0 technology with the latest fanless cooling system that extends the life of OLED panels, MSI Gaming Intelligence technology, as well as 90 W PD Type-C ports for charging portable gadgets.

MSI’s new QD-OLED gaming monitors will be available at CES 2024 in January.
