HONOR has introduced the MagicBook Art 14 (2025) laptop in China. This device is constructed from aviation-grade magnesium alloy and has a weight of just 1.03 kg, with a body thickness of 11.5 mm.
The latest model boasts a 14.6-inch OLED touchscreen that offers a resolution of 3120 x 2080, an aspect ratio of 3:2, a refresh rate of 120 Hz, and the capability to display 1.07 billion colors. The display achieves 100% coverage of the DCI-P3 color gamut, reaches a peak brightness of 1600 nits, and is pre-calibrated. Additionally, the screen holds TÜV Rheinland and VICO A+ certifications, and includes an e-book mode to minimize blue light exposure.
Powering the laptop are Intel Core Ultra 5 225H or Ultra 7 255H processors, featuring up to 16 cores and a turbo frequency of 5.1 GHz. Graphics are handled by Intel ARC 130T or 140T video cards. The device can be equipped with up to 32 GB of LPDDR5x RAM (8400 MT/s) and offers storage options of either 1 TB or 2 TB SSD.
The cooling system utilizes an ultra-thin vapor chamber, bionic fans, phase-change materials, and graphite layers, resulting in a noise level of just 3 dB. The 60 Wh battery allows for up to 10 hours of usage, charges to 46% in 30 minutes, and reaches full charge in 95 minutes.
The laptop features a detachable 1080p webcam equipped with a magnetic mount to enhance privacy.
Sound is delivered through six speakers that support Magic Spatial Audio and DTS Headphone.
The keyboard is full-sized, backlit, and offers 1.5 mm of key travel.
The touchpad measures 120 cm² and accommodates 9 multi-touch gestures.
The new MagicBook includes ports such as USB-C 3.2 Gen2, Thunderbolt 4, USB-A 3.2 Gen1, HDMI 2.1, and a 3.5mm audio jack.
For wireless connectivity, it supports Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.1, and NFC located in the touchpad area.
LINK Turbo X antennas enable a range of up to 450 meters.
This laptop is pre-installed with Windows 11 Home (Chinese version) and features the proprietary MagicOS shell.
AI capabilities include the YOYO voice assistant, real-time meeting transcription and translation, HONOR Notes and Documents, support for DeepSeek programming, privacy safeguards during screen sharing, and file transfers between devices.
