BenQ DesignVue PD2706UA - color accurate monitor for designers

BenQ has released a new DesignVue PD2706U(A) computer monitor designed for professional designers.

The monitor is distinguished by the presence of a KVM switch , which allows you to control two computers at once with a single mouse and keyboard, as well as high color accuracy. The manufacturer claims to cover 95% of the DCI-P3 color space , 99% – Rec.709 and sRGB – 100%, a wide selection of preset color profiles is available to the user – Animation, CAD / CAM, Darkroom, DCI-P3, DICOM, Display P3, ePaper, HDR, Low Blue Light, M-Book, Rec.709, sRGB and the ability to create your own profile. Color temperature adjustment is possible either at fixed values ​​5000K, 6500K, 9300K, or to others at the user’s choice.

The 27-inch display is built on an IPS matrix with LED backlighting, a resolution of 3840 × 2160 pixels and a brightness of 350 nits, reaching up to 400 nits in HDR mode. The model supports HDR10 and VESA DisplayHDR 400 standards . The response time is 5ms and the refresh rate is 60Hz. To connect signal sources, an HDMI port (v2.0), a DisplayPort port (v1.4), a USB-C port with charging and data transfer are provided. The monitor also has three USB 3.2 ports and a USB Type B port.

 

The original stand allows a wide range of monitor position adjustments. The BenQ DesignVue PD2706U(A) computer monitor is available in the US market for $629.99.
