RedMagic 6 Pro: A gaming smartphone with 18GB of RAM

The RedMagic brand has presented a new gaming smartphone RedMagic 6 Pro, which has received all the most modern technologies. The device received an AMOLED display with a diagonal of 6.8 inches with a refresh rate of 165 Hz. Interestingly, the touch sensor operates at 500 Hz for one finger and 360 Hz for multi-touch.

The heart of the gadget is the latest and most powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 888. Inside 12 GB LPDDR5 memory, operating at a speed of 5500 Mbit / s, and which works like 18 GB, thanks to compression technology. At the same time, the brand explicitly declares 18 GB of RAM.

It is also interesting that the new ICE 6.0 cooling system with the thinnest fan blades (0.1 mm) is used here. There is also an evaporation chamber 0.33 millimeters thick. As a result, the cooler operates at a speed of up to 20 thousand revolutions and reduces the temperature by up to 16 degrees Celsius. With this device is very quiet – a peak value of 28 dB.

The price of RedMagic Pro in the top-end configuration with 18 GB of RAM and 512 GB drive is 6599 yuan, that is, about $ 1,017. The start of sales of the game monster is scheduled for March 16.
