Loewe bild i.77 dr+ is the German brand's largest OLED TV

The German company Loewe has introduced the largest OLED TV in its range –  Loewe bild i .77 dr + with a screen diagonal of 77 inches. The novelty is based on the LG Display OLED panel with a resolution of 4K and supports video with high dynamic range HDR10, Dolby Vision and HLG. It can be assumed that the same panel is used here as in the LG C2 models of last year or the current LG C3.

But even so, the use of a common panel does not mean that the TVs show the same images. Loewe promises high contrast and a wide color gamut to achieve “natural, harmonious images with the highest fidelity in the reproduction of the smallest nuances . ”

The Loewe bild i.77 dr+ has a built-in soundbar, which the manufacturer hasn’t said much about. Instead, Loewe is turning to a wide range of branded home theater speakers and soundbars, including soundbars and subwoofers from the 553, 551 and Klang series. To connect them, the TV supports eARC , and support for Dolby Atmos will allow you to realize the potential of compatible soundbars.

The Loewe bild i.77 dr+ TV supports a wide range of wireless networking features including Apple AirPlay , DTS Play-Fi and Google Chromecast , allowing it to be integrated into the Loewe Klang mr multi-room sound system. The TV is equipped with a built-in hard drive with a capacity of 1 TB, which can be used for the time shift function (pause, rewind and much more). The model also supports voice control via the microphones in the remote control and offers all the essential Smart TV apps such as Netflix, Disney Plus, Apple TV and Amazon Prime Video.

But the main reason why Loewe TVs are chosen remains the same – it’s a unique design. Loewe TVs are all about style, and the bild i.77 dr+ is no exception – the design is impressive no matter how you look at the TV. The rear panel is lacquered and covered with fabric, and the cover that masks the cables is equipped with magnetic fasteners. The TV can be mounted almost flush with a wall using Loewe’s signature tilting wall mount, stand alone with a floor stand, or placed on a floor-to-ceiling support stand that can be adjusted to suit the height of the room.

The suggested retail price for the 77-inch Loewe bild i.77 dr+ OLED TV is £5,999 in the UK . As a reminder, the 77-inch LG C2 OLED is available today for £2,999, while the 2023 model LG C3 OLED is £3,999. Loewe is certainly aimed at an audience willing to pay for style and technical exclusivity.
