Piega unveils Premium Wireless Gen2 speakers

The Swiss company Piega has released a new series of Premium Wireless Gen2 wireless speakers , enclosed in classic aluminum cases.

This is the second generation of wireless speakers from the company, which includes three models – floor standing Premium 701 Gen2 and Premium 501 Gen2 , as well as bookshelf Premium 301 Gen2 . The Piega Connect Plus hub is used as the central element of the system , providing wireless signal transmission.

It has all the physical inputs you need, including various digital and analog terminals, HDMI ARC and USB-B ports, and Wi-Fi and Bluetooth wireless adapters. The hub supports Chromecast, Airplay, Spotify Connect DLNA, Roon Ready network platforms and can be controlled using the proprietary Piega Control App .

The cabinets of all acoustic systems are made of aluminum; branded tape drivers LDR 2642 MK II and LDR 3056 with profiled aluminum membranes are used as a high-frequency radiator . Sounding of medium and low frequencies is entrusted to speakers with MDS (Maximum Displacement Suspension) suspension .
