ViewSonic launches X2-4K dedicated Xbox projector

ViewSonic has begun shipping the X2-4K projector, designed specifically for use with the Xbox game console .

Engineers worked with Microsoft to develop the model, testing it in more than 60 different scenarios. True, this model lacks support for the main feature of the game console, namely, displaying a video signal in 4K at a frequency of 120 Hz . The projector is equipped with HDMI 2.0 ports , which means 4K signal playback at 60Hz or 1440p at 120Hz. On the other hand, the manufacturer claims a very low output latency of 4.2ms , as well as special image settings for gaming.

A high refresh rate of 240Hz is supported for 1080p signals . As a light source the projector uses a LED with a resource of up to 30,000 hours , capable of generating a luminous flux of up to 2900 lumens . The model supports HDR and HLG video formats , the projector has a built-in speaker system from Harman Kardon .
