New rumors about the technical characteristics of Nikon Z 6III

Thenewcamera resource has published another list of characteristics of the upcoming Nikon Z 6 Mark III camera . According to the site, the camera will receive a new 24-megapixel full-frame CMOS sensor. The most important things are that the camera will have 310 hybrid autofocus points and will be able to shoot video in 6K RAW and 4K/120fps.

Nikon Z 6III Specifications:

  • 24.5 million pixel sensor
  • Two EXPEED 7 processors
  • ISO 100–64,000
  • 9 AF subject tracking modes (same as Z9)
  • 310 AF points
  • Matrix stabilization
  • Video recording to N-Log/HLG card 6K/30fps, 4K/120fps
  • CFepress-B / XQC+SD
  • Without N-Raw
  • Improved cooling system

According to the source, the company has not only doubled the speed of the Nikon Z6 Mark III compared to its predecessor, but has also worked to ensure that the sensor’s reading speed also increases. Therefore, the camera will be able (so far according to rumors) to shoot 4K video at up to 120 frames per second in N-Log format, which was impossible with any previous generation of the Z 6 camera.
