Realme GT Neo 5 SE

Realme has launched the Realme GT Neo 5 SE in China , a smartphone that we would classify as a mid-premium range. It stands out in the battery field with its 100W fast charge, but it is not the only interesting thing it has to offer, since it puts on the table a screen with a 144z refresh rate and has the Snapdragon 7 Gen 2 processor as its engine. To know all the details we invite you to continue reading.

Realme GT Neo 5 SE, great power and autonomy in the mid-range

The Realme GT Neo 5 SE starts its bet in a big way, and by that we mean a large 6.74-inch AMOLED screen , which outlines FHD + resolution (2,772 x 1,240 pixels), maximum brightness of 1,450 nits, refresh rate 144Hz for extra fluidity and 2160Hz high-frequency PWM dimming.

In terms of hardware it holds its own very well, wielding a Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 chip with Adreno 725 GPU  as its main weapon. Likewise, it is equipped with at least 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage, but there are more versions that go up to 16GB. For your convenience, we have listed all the possible configurations of the device, which are not few, huh.

  • 8GB+256GB
  • 12GB+256GB
  • 12GB+512GB
  • 16GB + 1TB

Regardless of the memory configuration, the Realme GT Neo 5 SE is powered by a 5,500mAh battery, which not only has an additional 500mAh to make sure you reach two days of use comfortably, but also boasts fast charging . 100W SuperVOOC , an outrage in this price range.

With that in mind, it is a mobile with Android 13 , but obviously the interface is in the hands of the manufacturer’s layer, Realme UI 4.0. If you are wondering about connectivity options, this is a 5G mobile that also supports dual-band WiFi, Bluetooth 5.2, and even NFC.

Before concluding, we address the photographic issue, where we have a rear camera made up of a 64MP primary sensor with OIS and f/1.79 aperture , an 8MP ultra-wide-angle sensor with a 112° field of view and f/2.2 aperture, and a 2MP microscope lens with f/3.3 aperture. The front camera is 16MP.

Availability and price

It is too early to talk about its availability in these parts of the world, since it has just gone on sale in its homeland, China, where it costs 2,099 yuan (281.5 euros to change) in its most basic version with 8GB+ 256GB or 2,599 yuan (349 euros to change) in its best configuration with 16GB+1TB.
