Technics SL-1200M7B

Good news for those who are keeping track of the various versions of the Technics SL-1200 turntable! The latest release is the Technics SL-1200M7B Special Edition Lamborghini version. This collaboration between Technics and Lamborghini is based on their shared concepts and passion for sound. Not only does the SL-1200M7B deliver the exceptional sound quality that Technics is known for, but it also includes a record featuring the iconic sounds of six Lamborghini models with V12 engines. From the 400GT 2+2 to the Revuelto, the record captures the essence of these powerful cars. Even the design of the record itself resembles a Lamborghini wheel.

Additionally, the Technics SL-1200M7B Special Edition Lamborghini features the iconic Lamborghini Y-shaped pattern in three classic Lamborghini colors: Arancio Apodis, Verde Shock, and Giallo Athon (which are basically orange, green, and yellow). The package also comes with a Lamborghini logo mat and two stickers – one with the Lamborghini logo and one with the Technics logo.

Moreover, the Technics SL-1200M7B is a direct-drive turntable with a coreless motor that spins a double-layer structural disc with enhanced anti-vibration properties housed in a rigid and highly-damped chassis. It boasts high starting torque, disc brake, speed control, pitch adjustment, reverse playback, and needle illumination with a bright and long-lasting LED. This model will hit the market in July 2024.

The Technics SL-1200M7B Special Edition Lamborghini turntable will have a retail price of $1,600 in the United States.
