The Ruark R5 audio system has been in production for a couple of years now, and the company decided to offer something special in the Signature Edition . The stylish piano lacquer finish and metallic notes of rose gold immediately catch the eye. But the main thing, as often happens, is hidden from view and intended for the ears.
According to Ruark , the Ruark R5 Signature Edition has optimized the signal path topology and updated internal cabling for clarity, depth and realism.
Returning to the external changes, Ruark notes that to achieve this quality of the piano lacquer finish, each new layer has to be manually sanded. After applying the last layer, the varnish is wet-sanded with a fine-grained abrasive, after which it is polished by hand to a glass sheen.
Naturally, you still have all the rich functionality of the basic R5 audio system – built-in CD player, Spotify Connect , access to streaming services such as Amazon Music, Deezer and Tidal , wireless Bluetooth , music streaming from DLNA servers on the network, features multiroom and much more.
The Ruark R5 Signature audio system will be released in a limited edition. In the UK, the novelty will be available in June at a price of 1,250 pounds , while the standard model costs 995 pounds .
