Balanced Audio Technology (BAT) has introduced a new VK-80T tube power amplifier .

The model uses 6C33C-B triodes as output tubes , delivering up to 60 watts per channel in stereo and up to 120 watts in mono. In addition to four 6C33C-B outputs, two 6H30 , two 6922 and two 6SN7 tubes are also installed in a fully balanced circuit . The amplifier uses automatic bias current adjustment and a proprietary fuseless protection circuit. The amplifier is available in two colors – black and white.

The declared bandwidth extends from 8 to 200,000 Hz , the gain when working into a load of 8 ohms is 25 dB . With overall dimensions of 432 x 203 x 406 mm, the device weighs 21.8 kg .

The BAT VK-80T tube power amplifier will be available in the second quarter of 2023 with a retail price of $9,995 .
