Audio Technica announces the return of the popular Sound Burger portable player

The Audio Technica Sound Burger, a portable player that first hit the market forty years ago, will be back on the market in spring/summer 2023. Last November, Audio Technica celebrated its 60th anniversary with a limited edition Sound Burger in classic red. This limited edition sold out within a few days, much to the chagrin of those who were unable to purchase it.

In response to huge demand, Audio Technica has announced that the Sound Burger will return in Spring/Summer 2023, although it will not have the serial number, color, or packaging of the limited edition model. Regardless, the new model is expected to be more affordable and just as popular with Sound Burger fans.

The Sound Burger is an affordable entry-level turntable that’s perfect for those just getting started with vinyl. It features Bluetooth connectivity and a compact design, making it easy to transport to parties, picnics, or small living spaces. It can connect to Bluetooth headphones or speakers and provides up to twelve hours of wireless music listening.

In addition to Bluetooth capabilities, the Sound Burger also plays 33 1/3 and 45 rpm records. The tonearm uses a dynamic balance system for portability and stability, and comes with a 45rpm adapter, RCA audio cable and USB charging cable.

The Audio Technica Sound Burger is a great option for vinyl lovers who want an affordable, portable turntable that can be taken anywhere. Keep your eyes peeled for it in Spring/Summer 2023!
