Audeze has released inexpensive isodynamic headphones MM-100 , combining high-quality materials and low price.
The cups in the model are made of aluminum alloy, the guides are made of steel, and the headband has an elastic stop for fixing on the head. Weight is 385 grams , which is quite a bit for planar headphones. The acoustic part is built on proprietary planar drivers with an ultra-thin diaphragm with a diameter of 90 mm and a Fluxor magnetic grating made of N50 neodymium , providing a flat phase response.

Detachable 3.5mm cable connects to one cup, making wearing more convenient. To connect to a signal source, a 6.35 mm plug is used , the kit also includes a 3.5 mm adapter. The sensitivity of the headphones is 98 ohms , the nominal impedance is 18 ohms . The manufacturer recommends using an amplifier with a minimum power of 120 mW.

The Audeze MM-100 Planar Headphones sell for US$400 in the US.
