Garmin Tread: Satellite Navigator for Off-Road Adventures

Garmin Tread is a rugged navigator with a large touch-screen ultra bright 5.5 inches , which is convenient to use with gloves. The device is not afraid of moisture and dirt, its water resistance complies with the IPX7 standard .

Designed specifically for ATVs and snowmobiles, this model is built to withstand extreme temperatures, harsh weather and challenging terrain. The navigator has preloaded topographic maps for most regions of the world, including Tracks4Africa . Additional regions can be downloaded to your navigator for free via the Garmin Express app . In addition, high-resolution satellite imagery downloads are available via Wi-Fi Overlander no annual subscription. BirdsEye Database  lets  you find campsites even without a cellular signal
It is convenient to use the Tread app to synchronize waypoints, tracks and routes with other devices, import and export files, and access up-to-date weather forecasts.

Tread’s group tracking features support group communications of up to 20 participants even when no cellular signal is available. Stay connected with your friends with group travel tracking, including location and messaging, and route tracking. Built-in altimeter, barometer, tilt and roll sensor, compass and gyroscope will help you navigate even in the most difficult terrain.
Pairing Tread with Garmin PowerSwitch Digital Splitter (sold separately) enables on-screen control of your SUV’s 12V electronics (flashing lights, differential locks, wireless cameras, etc.). When you pair the Tread with a Garmin BC 40 wireless camera, you can view camera images on the navigator screen.
