REDMAGIC unveils huge curved QD-OLED gaming display

REDMAGIC UNVEILED A HUGE CURVED QD-OLED GAMING DISPLAY

REDMAGIC, which belongs to the Nubia smartphone manufacturer, has unveiled a 49-inch flagship gaming display. It uses a Samsung QD-OLED panel with 4K resolution, 240Hz refresh rate and 0.03ms response time. The display is ideal not only for gamers, but also for creatives and ultra-wide monitor enthusiasts who need extra space to multi-task at the same time.

True to its specifications, the new REDMAGIC gaming display has an 1800R curvature, excellent viewing angles, and True Black 400 support. The screen aspect ratio is 32:9 and the resolution is 5120×1440 pixels, which corresponds to 4K. The display provides 99% DCI-P3 color gamut, supports AMD Freesync and G-Sync.

The display bezels are very small, so they are almost invisible. The controls are located on the front panel in the center. At the back are ARGB LEDs, as well as two built-in speakers with a power of 2.5 W each and a microphone. As for the connection interfaces, there is HDMI 2.1, DP 1.4 and USB Type-C for charging devices (up to 90 W). The REDMAGIC QD-OLED has some unique features, such as a long stand that can be adjusted, tilted and even rotated.

This display is perfect for gamers, content creators and anyone who loves ultra-wide monitors.

The cost of the device has not yet been announced, but the display will cost less than similar models from Samsung, which cost up to $2,000. REDMAGIC also plans to release a 34-inch QD-OLED display model.
