Android Auto 10.0
Android Auto 10.0

Android Auto 10.0 is finally available through the Google Play Store , just a week after the beta version. Of course, the users before anything else want to know the advantages offered in comparison with the previous functions. If so, we will tell you from the outset all the news of this interface for Android cars.

First we must clarify that Android Auto 10.0 is stable and with the corrections of the reported failures . Among the improvements are the “do not disturb” function and that of forcing dark and daytime modes without having to turn on the car’s lights. For the rest, this update does not present other noteworthy functions as extraordinary.

In this version, Android Auto 10.0 had a small change in the voice assistant and at least it looks refreshed. This translates into new colors and a text that shows what is being said to check the command. There is also a new contact selector useful for choosing contacts from the interface without requiring the voice assistant.

Android Auto 10.0 with some changes and easy to install

It is important to note that Android Auto is already making some adjustments to those specific functions inherent to electric cars. For example, the identification of the car and the type of connector to be used in the recharging sites.

Regarding the update, it is downloaded from the Google Play store in three easy steps.

  • First of all, the user must open the app from the mobile and locate if the desired update appears in Android Auto.
  • Next, this update is installed on the device.
  • Finally, the phone is connected to the car to start enjoying the app.
