Roksan Attessa Turntable: Beautiful Plug and Play recordplayer

Roksan Attessa Turntable
Roksan Attessa Turntable

The Roksan Attessa Turntable is equipped with a proprietary 9.4-inch long tonearm with a single-point support bearing, which was manufactured using computer simulation. In the design of the tonearm, it was decided to abandon the complex multi-axis design, which made it possible to make it as affordable as possible and at the same time provide high sound quality. In addition, the tonearm turned out to be easy to set up, which is completely done at the factory – the user can enjoy the sound of their favorite records almost immediately after unpacking the player. The tonearm is made of aluminum and composite materials, making it light and rigid, and has an integrated shell, which eliminates the risk of additional resonances. As standard, the player is equipped with a proprietary Dana MM pickup, which is also fully adjusted at the factory.

For optimal damping of the turntable’s chassis, it is mounted on supports similar to those used in the high-end Xerxes model. The Roksan Attessa Turntable features a switchable built-in phono stage, making it easy to connect to a hi-fi system.

The platter in the Roksan Attessa Turntable is made of tempered glass with an aluminum coating and has a thickness of 10 mm, and due to its significant weight, it rotates smoothly and dampens the record installed on it well. The player is equipped with a 24-pole synchronous motor, which is mounted in such a way as to eliminate the impact of possible vibrations on the chassis. The support bearing of this model is made of high-quality alloy steel and brass, and ensures minimal runout when the plate rotates. The player uses an electronic disc rotation speed stabilization circuit based on a microprocessor, with the function of switching the frequency of 33/45 rpm at the touch of a button.
