xDuoo XP-2BAL: Bluetooth DAC & Headphone Amplifier

xDuoo has released a new model of digital-to-analog converter and headphone amplifier XP-2BAL , which has a balanced output of 4.4 mm , along with the usual 3.5 mm .

The DAC on the ES9018K2M chip from ESS Saber is responsible for digital signal conversion , the device can work with PCM stream 32 bit / 384 kHz , as well as native DSD256 . The output power on the 3.5 mm jack is 180 mW into 32 ohms , when using a balanced 4.4 mm jack it rises to 320 mW into 32 ohms .

The built-in battery has a capacity of 2200 mAh , its full charge will last for 8 hours when using the device as a USB DAC, for 22 hours when connecting an analog signal source and for 15 hours when using a Bluetooth adapter. The latter supports SBC, AAC, aptXLL, aptX HD and LDAC codecs .

The LED next to the red volume control indicates in color the type and sampling rate of the signal coming to the digital input. The body of the device is made of aluminum alloy and tempered glass. Model dimensions 105 x 55 x 15 mm , weight – 150 grams .
