Clearaudio announced the Artist Series at the recent High End Audio Fair in Vienna, and the first member is a turntable dedicated to the German rock band Rammstein. By its own account, Clearaudio states that with its new Artist Series, starting with the Rammstein turntable, it aims to focus on collaborations with artists from the music world. The turntable, of which only 1,000 units will be produced, combines the technical basis of the Concept model with a distinctive and striking design. I want.

The Rammstein turntable looks nice, but according to the manufacturer, it is also simply a solid technical design based on the existing Concept model. The chassis features a solid block construction with a sturdy MDF core and a high-quality metallic lacquer finish. The goal is to achieve excellent resonance control and the quietest possible mechanical operation. Bück dich, befehl ich dir.
The turntable's design incorporates characteristic elements of the band. For instance, it features integrated, dimmable LED lighting, available in red or white. The lighting concept is based on Rammstein's well-known stage production and is further enhanced by redesigned motor electronics.
The Rammstein turntable is delivered ready to play, including a Clearaudio T1 tonearm. This is complemented by a specially developed MM cartridge, designed for dynamic and detailed sound reproduction. The package also includes a handmade wooden crate from the Bavarian Forest, which can be used to store records or collectibles.
We have not yet received official pricing and delivery information, but on a German-language website we see a price of just under 2,000 euros listed.
