Cambridge Audio and Maharishi, designers of eco-friendly, sustainable and functional clothing, have unveiled their first joint project, bringing together over fifty years of British hi-fi expertise with a brand rooted in British design and music culture. The Cambridge Audio X Maharishi collection introduces special editions of the Alva ST turntable and Melomania A100 true wireless earphones.
Cambridge Audio Maharishi Alva ST: turntable
Redesigned for this collection, the Alva ST is designed for home listening. It features built-in Bluetooth aptX HD, an integrated phono amplifier, an advanced tonearm with a removable arm head, and a belt drive that reduces vibration. Cambridge Audio describes the Alva ST as a turntable that combines the warmth of traditional vinyl with modern convenience.
Cambridge Audio X Maharishi Melomania A100: Wireless In-Ear Headphones

The Melomania A100 wireless in-ear headphones, according to Cambridge Audio, offer a compact design with hi-fi performance. They feature LDAC and aptX Lossless support, Class AB amplification, adaptive noise cancellation, ultra-low latency, and a total battery life of up to 39 hours. Custom-tuned at Cambridge Audio’s own London facility, Melomania, the A100 are designed for everyday use at home and on the go.
Maharishi’s contribution
Both products are based on Maharishi’s signature design approach, featuring an olive-colored version and bold accents inspired by the brand’s pacifist reinterpretation of camouflage. The collaboration aims to combine audio performance with a visual identity rooted in British streetwear culture.

The launch campaign, shot in London, features Jazzie B of Soul II Soul alongside Maharishi founder Hardy Blechman. Both are long-standing household names in the music and design worlds, chosen to highlight the cultural influences of the two brands.

According to the companies, these two products mark the beginning of a long-term partnership between Cambridge Audio and Maharishi, with future projects anticipated. Both brands emphasize their shared commitment to music, culture, and craftsmanship.
