Wilson Audio Alexia V: Improvements in 30 Areas

Wilson Audio Alexia V
Wilson Audio Alexia V

Wilson Audio has released the next generation of Alexia acoustics – Alexia V. The previous update to Alexia happened 5 years ago, embodied in the Alexia Series 2. Now the predecessors have undergone numerous improvements, which, according to designers from Wilson Audio, have occurred in 30 areas.

1

In new products, proprietary composites V-Material and X-Material are used much more actively. The first is located in the upper parts of the midrange and bass modules, where it is designed to suppress unwanted vibrations. The second strengthened all three modules, which, along with a more powerful bracing system, made them even stiffer and more damped.

The XVX was also the first model to use new in-house capacitors. Wilson Audio had long used reliable capacitors (better known as Rel Caps), but when developing the XVX, Wilson Audio purchased Rel Cap and all of its machines and processes.

2

Hundreds and hundreds of combinations are available by combining WilsonGloss colors, grilles and hardware options, allowing you to create a unique Wilson Audio speaker to suit your individual tastes.
