Skullcandy Mods truly wireless headphones allow you to connect multiple devices and quickly switch between them. In addition, they have an improved microphone with background noise suppression, which enhances the user’s voice during a call, as well as ambient sound amplification in “tracking mode”.
Using the free mobile app, you can customize the sound profile of the Mod headphones. Skullcandy promises seven hours of battery life on a single charge, with an additional 27 hours when the headphones are occasionally plugged into the included charging case.
For the impatient, just 10 minutes in the case provides two hours of battery life. The headphones are also IP55 waterproof, so they’re resistant to sweat and light rain (but won’t withstand submersion in water).
Despite their relatively low price, they’re also compatible with the Tile tracking app, allowing you to display the last known location of your lost headphones on a map, which also emit sound to make them easier to find.
